II. How Allstate Uses Tactile Printing to Lift Direct Mail Response (12:10pm - 12:50pm ET) VIRTUAL
The use of tactile printing is becoming more and more common in marketing. It uses technologies that can print raised images, text, or patterns to give a tactile quality to a substrate. Tactile marketing can provide a strong connection between a marketable content strategy and the consumer's need to physically interact with the brand. Utilizing print techniques such as tactile that enhance the traditional benefits of a physical mail piece could in turn drive higher response rates and loyalty.

Allstate will share the test it performed that confirms that enhancing their direct mail creative solutions via tactile designs makes their brand more recognizable and better resonates with the consumer, which in turn creates lift in results.

Matthew Tilley is the executive director of marketing for Vericast, where he’s just as likely to be behind the scenes perfecting content as he is on the screen or stage presenting or moderating a panel.Mr. Tilley has more than two decades of experience in digital advertising and consumer promotions. He graduated from Bob Jones University with a B.A. in public relations journalism and from Wake Forest University with an M.B.A.
