Jill Perlberg is the VP, Head of Client Experience Marketing leading campaign strategy, client relationship marketing and content at Northwestern Mutual. She is a trusted executive who connects strategy to impact into bottom line financial results. With more than 24 years of marketing, digital product and CX experience, Jill has helped stand up the company’s client experience vision and strategy, created an enterprise task force on deepening client relationships and lead the integrated plan and launch for the company’s first 360-degree brand campaign, Spend Your Life Living. Programs under Jill’s leadership have driven 100% growth in SEO SOV, 300% increase in leads from content programs, 100% growth in mobile app digital adoption and usage and over $70M annually in attributable CRM impact.

Before joining Northwestern Mutual, Jill worked with Manpower Group and Chase bank where she was responsible for internal audit, sales, marketing and digital product programs within Global Marketing, North American Marketing, and Innovation. Her expertise and commitment as a marketing practitioner and leader has allowed her to be recognized with respective company’s aspiring leader programs. She graduated from UW-Whitewater and has a certificate in international studies from HEAO in Arnhem Netherlands.When not at work, Jill is a foodie, traveler and weekend soccer mom who loves seeing the world with her husband Tom and son Jason.

Chrissy Verri is an energetic, data-driven, and customer-obsessed marketing leader who’s passionate about connecting people with products they love. In her current role as Global Head of Lifecycle Marketing at Bloomberg Media, she’s responsible for driving subscriber growth and engagement across owned platforms and channels. Prior to Bloomberg, she led Product Marketing and Content Strategy for Marcus by Goldman Sachs, and started her career at Amazon accelerating some of the world’s most-loved subscriptions: Amazon Prime and Audible. When she’s not spinning up new marketing strategies, she enjoys mastering new recipes, finding new true crime obsessions, and exploring NYC.

Liz Woodruff, Director of Performance Marketing - Wingstop Restaurants Inc.
As the Director of Performance Marketing at Wingstop, Liz is responsible for Lifecycle Marketing through CRM channels (Email/Push), Performance Media (Paid Social, Search, Display), and Delivery channels (1P & 3P) as well as driving Digital Personalization. Coming from an education in engineering at Purdue, Liz loves to apply a technical and data-driven approach to marketing. This role allows her to do just that, as she is constantly leveraging consumer insights and a variety of rich data sources and technologies to better personalize Wingstop’s digital marketing practice.

Previously, Liz has spent most of her career between QSR & Retail working for brands such as Panera, Nike, and Caleres. She has experience working on everything from ecommerce & marketing analytics to loyalty, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
