At Crisp mobile Risa was one of the “founding five” … building the company from a client centric idea to a strong, robust business driving the national team forward. Risa’s industry roles include Co-Chair of the ANA Commerce Committee, Member of Chief, CPG Guys podcast guest and speaks frequently to inspire and educate on the power of mobile and technology. In 2022 Risa launched the CPG Scoop podcast as a line extension from the CPG Guys, interviewing marketers and digital technology firms

Risa as the SVP of CPG Strategy + Sales at Aki Technology brings her 20+ years in CPG and Digital experience to Aki, with creative, original, problem-solving sales leader, personifies an innovative spirit. With a deep knowledge about advertising technology, expertise in the mobile marketing white space, and a listening, perceptive and positive communicative style, she guides clients to commerce performance. During the pandemic, she’s been asking marketers about their specific challenges—then brings them back to Aki to build solutions. Relentless in hunting for new applications of marketing technology, she’s continually bringing solutions to clients that work.

Marika Roque is the current chief operating officer and chief innovation officer at KERV Interactive, a multi-award-winning interactive video company revolutionizing the performance of digital advertising with its patented technology. Marika is a top expert in digital media, data and organizational infrastructures recognized by her peers for her genius-level knowledge and advancement of the advertising industry where she holds over 15 years of professional leadership experience.

Collette Winn, VP of Strategy and Operations, Innovation, Advertising Strategy, NBCUniversal
Collette Winn currently serves as VP of Strategy and Operations, Innovation, Advertising Strategy at NBCUniversal. In this role, Collette runs marketing, strategy and operations for NBCU’s Global Content & Commercial Innovations and One Platform Commerce initiatives, leading a team dedicated to reimagining the commercial experience for marketers and audiences around the world.
Over the course of her 20-year career, Winn has taken a collaboration-first approach to working with brand partners to bring first-to-market innovations to life. She’s played an instrumental role in the development, launch, and implementation of creative ad formats, content and products from Must Hear TV to ShoppableTV to @homeShopping and more, all designed to give advertising partners a unique way to meet the audiences that propel their businesses forward on any screen.
Before taking on her current role as Vice President, Winn worked across NBCUniversal’s portfolio in corporate events, client partnerships, and integrated marketing. She came to Comcast NBCUniversal from Discovery, where she worked across the company’s Ad Sales Marketing team focused on helping brands make smart connections with viewers through premium content.
Winn graduated with a BA degree from San Francisco State University. She currently resides in Westport, Connecticut with her son, daughter, and the family’s basset hound, Buddy
