I. Mars Wrigley’s Retail Media Networks Selection & Evaluation Process (11:30 - 12:15 p.m. ET)
With a plethora of retail media networks to choose from and new retail networks popping up daily, it can be hard to know which ones will deliver the highest ROI and reach targeted consumers most efficiently and effectively. In this session, Nicole Rainey, Senior Retail Media Manager at Mars Wrigley will be sharing the criteria the brand uses to evaluate network selection and offering insight into their selection process.

As senior retail media manager at Mars Wrigley, Nicole sits on the U.S. National Media Team and oversees a holistic retail media strategy. Her background in shopper & e-commerce at Mars and media planning on the agency side, is a key enabler to help drive integration across national and shopper for Mars Wrigley. Part of her role is helping enable cross-functional collaboration to unlock more value from retail JBP negotiations. Nicole has facilitated a task force across all of Mars Inc. and its agency leads to negotiate retail media CPMs in line with their non-retail activations, which successfully drove lower CPMs across some RMNs.

II. A Path to Influencer Pay Equity (12:15 - 1:00 p.m. ET)
Most marketers are aware of the inequity that plagues the influencer industry — and its roots go deeper than just pay. Fortunately, there are concrete actions our industry can take to close the influencer equity gap. This session will share tangible steps and offer tools to create more fair and equitable practices in the end-to-end process of influencer marketing.

Her book on how founders and leaders work through setbacks comes out in Spring 2024.

Nya-Gabriella Parchment is Head of Brand Partnerships & Marketing at Digital Brand Architects. She has played a key role in cultivating robust relationships with leading names across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and home.
Prior to DBA, Parchment was a community manager for beauty brands. She has partnered with numerous premier brands including The Macallan, SVEDKA, Maserati, PANDORA Jewelry, Riondo Prosecco, among others.Outside of work, Parchment virtually mentors recent graduates who want to enter the influencer industry and hosts her podcast, Nya’s Noise, which explores the intersection between wellness and digital media. Parchment is based in New York and has a degree in Strategic Communications from Hampton University.
