Inclusive Women In Sports Committee


The Inclusive Women in Sports Committee helps members unlock sustainable growth by investing in women’s sports. It serves as a collaborative forum for learning, sharing, and connecting around best practices that drive brand impact, audience growth, and measurable business outcomes within this rapidly expanding segment.

The committee operates at the intersection of marketing effectiveness, cultural relevance, and commercial innovation.

Women’s sports have moved decisively from a “moment” to a permanent economic and cultural force. Global revenue for elite women’s sports is projected to reach $2.35 billion in 2025, growing approximately 450 percent faster than men’s sports. League expansion, rising media demand, and the increasing prominence of female athletes are creating new opportunities and new expectations.

The committee is designed for senior marketers, agencies, media companies, and brand leaders, both those with a long-standing commitment to women’s sports and those just entering. Members gain leadership visibility, shape growth and investment strategies, and extend their influence across the broader sports and marketing industry by helping define how women’s sports are marketed, valued, and monetized.

The committee convenes virtually two to three times per year, with an in-person meeting planned for 2026, providing consistent opportunities to align priorities, share insights, and advance outcomes that drive long-term brand and category growth.
