The ANA has negotiated a special room rate of $289/night at the Rosen Shingle Creek, $229/night at the Rosen Centre Hotel and $219/night at the Hilton Orlando. In order to use the ANA rate, you must be registered to attend the conference. The cut-off date to obtain the ANA rate at the Rosen Shingle Creek and the Rosen Centre is Monday, September 28, 2020, and the cut-off date to obtain the ANA rate at Hilton Orlando is Wednesday, September 30, 2020 after which prevailing rates apply. HOTEL CANCELLATION: 2020 ANA Masters of Marketing Housing Bureau, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $30.00 cancellation processing fee for all cancellations made from time of booking until August 20th, 2020. Beginning August 20th, 2020 until September 20th, 2020, a $200.00 cancellation processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Beginning September 20th, 2020 a $500.00 cancellation processing fee will be charged for all cancellations. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as “Convention Services, Folsom, CA". A deposit of one night's room and tax is required to hold the reservation. This will be charged by the hotel on or after Monday, September 28th 2020 for the Rosen Shingle Creek and Rosen Center, and Wednesday, September 30th, 2020 for the Hilton Orlando. The deposit is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to arrival. In the event a guest checks out prior to their reserved date, the hotel will charge an early departure fee of one night's room and tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early departure fee should notify the hotel of any changes to their reservation before check-in. Miscellaneous: 1. The conference agenda is subject to change. 2. A portion of your guest room rate will be used to offset conference costs. 3. ANA accepts no responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property. 4. Registrations received after two weeks prior to the conference may not be included in the attendee list.

Cancellation Policy and Notes

Individual conference registrations can be cancelled in writing only via email (registration@ana.net). Phone cancellations are not accepted. 

  • A full refund will be granted, if written request for cancellation is received by email 10 or more calendar days before the conference start date, or conference fee may be credited to a future event.
