V. AMPED UP: HOW IHG AGENCY MANAGEMENT AND PROCUREMENT HAVE WORKED TOGETHER TO TRANSFORM THE GLOBAL AGENCY MODEL (12:20pm – 1:00pm ET)
The IHG Agency Management and Procurement teams (AMP) came together beginning in 2018 to redefine how the company identifies, onboards and evaluates agency partnerships. IHG will share how working as a seamless team, the new model drove major fee savings, improved roster agency relationships and optimized processes, all of which proved critical when COVID-19 hit in 2020.
