NETWORKING BREAKFAST (9:30 – 10:00AM)
INTRODUCTIONS (10:00 – 10:15AM)

I. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: ACCOUNT PLANNING (10:15 – 10:45AM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment and to leverage and share knowledge and insights with marketing peers. In this roundtable, we will ask you to share your approach to account planning. Members are welcome to ask about and share additional topics as well.

II. THE CONTINUED RISE OF THE IN-HOUSE AGENCY (10:45 – 11:15AM)
Earlier this year the ANA surveyed members about their use of in-house agencies. The results were staggering, with dramatic increases in the presence of in-house agencies, their usage and workload. In this session, we’ll walk through the survey results and share the more interesting data points from the survey.

Speaker:
Greg Wright, Senior Director - ANA

III. WALMART: BUILDING A COLLABORATIVE AGENCY MODEL (11:30AM – 12:15PM)
After years of mass production to keep up with its ramping ecommerce business, Walmart's internal creative team is shifting to a more collaborative, strategic agency model. This new model is set to bring new ideas, operations and tools to the business – and to exceed the expectations of its increasingly sophisticated digital shoppers.

Speakers:
Kay Streit, Creative Director, Editorial – Walmart Stores, Inc.
Alice Wang, Director of Creative Operations – Walmart Stores, Inc.
Heidi Ware, Senior Creative Director – Walmart Stores, Inc.

LUNCH (12:15 – 12:45PM)

IV. LAUNCHING AND ADVANCING YOUR IN-HOUSE VIDEO TEAM
(12:45 – 1:45PM)
Video is the fastest growing and highest impact form of content and communication, and in-house agencies are primed to support their organizations through this channel. You may think the barrier to entry into "in-house" is too high when considering the management burden, the investments in space and equipment, and the need for talent—but this doesn't' have to be the case. In this session, Cella's Digital Media Practice Leader Danny Rickard will discuss some of his lessons and best practices learned in launching and building a high-performing, in-house video and multimedia production team. Whether your in-house agency has delivered video content for 5+ years, 1 year or never before, this discussion will help you to evolve your capabilities in 2019 and beyond.

Speaker:
Danny Rickard, Practice Lead, Digital Media - Cella

V. CLOROX: IN-HOUSE AGENCY CASE STUDY  (1:45 – 2:15PM)
In this session, Kerri Martin, chief electrofier of The Electro Creative Workshop at The Clorox Company, will share how Clorox’s in-house agency is structured.
