As the creator space evolves and marketers look to branch out their network of talent to be more inclusive, it’s important to realize that this goes beyond just checking a box. Learning to effectively and holistically work with diverse talent can go a long way to benefit not only the direct relationships with talent but will also show in the work that is created and produced for consumers. In this session, you’ll hear from Doritos on how marketers can strengthen and build meaningful relationships with diverse creative talent, which benefits their brand, products and the entire creator ecosystem.
