I. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS (11:00 – 11:15AM ET)
We will popcorn around the room for introductions (name, pronouns, title, company). We’ll take this time to share accomplishments and challenges.

II. AN LGBTQ+ CULTURAL STATE OF THE UNION FOR BRANDS (11:20AM – 12:05PM ET)
As marketers, we all aspire to connect with culture. To celebrate it, even create it – but most trail behind it. In this session, cultural strategy pioneer Nic Allum and Kate Wolff, Lupine Creative CEO, will first introduce you to Do the WeRQ, a rising platform for queer advocacy and share-of-voice in marketing. Then they'll outline a cultural State of The Union for brands in a climate that’s both narrowing and expanding the definition of Pride and queer culture itself. This session will offer data and insights, help you make strategic decisions about queer cultural marketing and suggest ways in which you can balance metrics with true community support.

IV. LGBTQ+ AND THE FUTURE OF CONSUMER EXPECTATIONS (12:15 – 1:00PM ET)
Do the WeRQ and DISQO have partnered for 2 years running to benchmark receptivity to LGBTQ+ advertising content. This year they also looked at consumers’ expectations as related to brand purpose and social activism. Marketers have long discussed that addressing the LGBTQ+ audience with relevant and authentic messaging is imperative for brand growth. However, the bar for authenticity is getting higher as consumers look beyond rainbow washing in June and the echo chamber of targeted advertising for real impact within their community. In this conversation, Do the WeRQ and DISQO will present highlights from their findings over the last two years and explore how we all can further enhance LGBTQ+ marketing inclusion.
