In July 2022, Zurn Water Solutions and Elkay Water Manufacturing merged to form Zurn Elkay Water Solutions. Elizabeth Bergan, director of digital and marketing operations, was instrumental in helping both companies merge their marketing efforts. Here, Elizabeth will recount the journey through the organizational changes, workflow revisions, and martech updates. This is an excellent case study for all operations leaders on merging companies of similar sizes and capabilities.
