The Marketing Operations and Transformation Forum focuses on the foundation of an organization’s overall marketing strategy and operations. A convergence of people, process, and technology, Marketing Operations (MOPs) is the essential center of excellence that allows organizations to not only meet the marketing challenges of today, but position brands to address evolving consumer behavior in the future. This forum encourages participation from experienced MOPs leads interested in keeping up with best practices, as well as brand and product executives eager to implement or scale MOPs at their companies.

The Marketing Operations and Transformation Forum meets virtually to engage members in roundtable discussions and to hear from renowned speakers in this space. Meetings are typically held once every other month.
