II. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: REVIEWING PRODUCTION BIDS (11:10 – 11:45a.m. ET)
To begin the meeting, our committee co-chairs Brendan O’Malley of Verizon and Kristin Schaack of Target will be joined by Danny Rosenbloom, president of ABID, to lead a roundtable discussion on best practices in reviewing commercial production bids. Through this discussion, you will learn what parts of the bid have the greatest impact on pricing and creative treatment. This is an ideal discussion for those newer to production management, and a great reminder for those more experienced.

III. ZILLOW: BEST PRACTICES FOR PARALLEL PRODUCTIONS (11:45a.m. – 12:20p.m. ET)
In collaboration with their agency partners, Studio Z, the internal creative agency of Zillow, launched “Look what you can Zillow now,” a campaign that aimed to change the definition of “Zillowing” from passive home searching to proactive home buying. This multi-channel effort required a strict production schedule to build a library of over 300 assets. Multiple shoots took place in parallel to meet a strict summer deadline. Learn how Studio Z coordinated their efforts with external agency partners to bring this campaign to life.

This session will delve into the nuanced legal and ethical considerations surrounding these technologies, while also highlighting their massive potential advantages. Attendees will gain insights into effectively harnessing A.I. to enhance existing skill sets and produce creative work that would have otherwise been impossible.
