II. AT&T: MEET 1876 PRODUCTIONS (11:10 – 11:45a.m. ET)
The in-house production studio of AT&T is aptly named 1876 Productions for the year Alexander Graham Bell made the first telephone call. We’ll hear from studio lead Valerie Anderson on the development of the studio, its range of capabilities, and plans for growth. Valerie will also share her career-spanning advice on building data-driven production models for agencies and brands.
Speaker:
Valerie Anderson, AVP, Head of Studio – AT&T
III. PENNYMAC: MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR STUDIO WITH EPISODIC CONTENT (11:45a.m. – 12:20p.m. ET)
Earning the funding to build a production studio is the first challenge, but the second challenge, how to maximize use of the studio space, quickly follows. As a studio leader, how do you fuel a consistent content engine to get value from every square foot of the studio? You may find success with episodic content, the ability to create branded content features with recurring interest to your core audience. Rosalind Prieto and her team at PENNYMAC are doing this to excellent effect with the “In the Know” series for PENNYMAC TPO. Here, Rosalind will tell us more about her video series, and why her studio is properly equipped to create regular episodes.
Speaker:
Rosalind Prieto, VP, Creative Production – PENNYMAC
IV. BREAK (12:20 – 12:25p.m. ET)
V. GSK: PUSH CREATIVE BOUNDARIES IN HIGHLY REGULATED INDUSTRIES(12:25 – 1:00p.m. ET)
In a regulated industry like pharma, how can creative and production leaders inspire their staff to push creative boundaries? John Wall, head of GSK’s content studio, is taking his lessons learned from Wayfair, T. Rowe Price, and more to build a world-class studio. Here, John will offer advice to fellow leaders dealing with corporate regulations on how they can make the most of the tactics at their disposal to deliver messages with impact.
