Many advertisers are bringing the advertising function in-house, which can often include video production. In this session, we will explore production options, how an internal team might be structured, and what to be aware of if you choose to make production an internal function. Jake Lambert, Vice President, Video and Events – Fidelity Investments, will share lessons learned and best practices from his experience with Fidelity Investments' in-house video production team.

II. LOOK INSIDE AN IN-HOUSE TV STUDIO (11:00–11:45AM)
In this session, Scott Rice, Vice President/Head of Studio 51 – New York Life Insurance Company, will give you an inside look at his in-house television studio. Scott will share best practices and lessons learned in running an in-house video production team.

IV. 2015 GLOBAL AD PRODUCTION TRENDS: BEST PRACTICES & COST OPTIMIZERS (1:00–2:00PM)
Every year, Advertising Production Resources tracks the most exciting trends in global ad production. Jillian Gibbs, CEO & Founder, and Alex Blum, Chief innovation officer - APR Global, will discuss best practices, cost optimizers and trends, including using drones, working with social influencers, in-house video production, and creating disposable content, to name a few. There will be time for discussion to detail how you can employ some of these trends in your work.

V. MEMBER ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: FUTURE OF SAG-AFTRA CONTRACTS (2:00–2:30PM)
Representatives from Reed Smith will join us for a lively discussion on the future of SAG-AFTRA contracts for client-side marketers and agencies. A recent article in Ad Age, Disquiet on the Set as Shops Try to Ignore Elephant in the Room: SAG Contracts, highlights some of the challenges client-side marketers and agencies are facing and what may come to fruition when the contract is renegotiated in February.
