Mia Phillips, Senior Manager of Advertising and Media, Lexus


Mia Phillips is the senior manager of advertising and media for Lexus. In her more than 15 years in leadership roles for both the Lexus and Toyota brands, Ms. Phillips has been afforded many opportunities, including leading high performing teams, procuring strategic sponsorships, spearheading product placements and film integrations, ensuring multicultural representation, and creating multiple award-winning campaigns. She is currently working on completing her first novel.
