Beginning in 2006 and with 5 editions since, Coca-Cola has grown and enhanced one of the world’s largest experiential programs to meet changing consumer behaviors.  They’ll share about how the program originated, the key evolutionary steps and how the program delivered ‘real magic’ experiences in the last edition in 2022.

III. The Home Depot's Commitment to HBCUs: Retool Your School (11:25am - 12:00pm)

The Home Depot® will increase its investment in Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to $4 million in 2023 by launching an expanded range of grants and career resources for students in its Retool Your School program. Hear more about how this effective purpose-filled campaign has, over the years, awarded grants to HBCUs for campus renovations, repairs, and enhancements and has given more than $5.2 million across 70% of HBCUs nationwide, and how they are building loyalty and conversion with a new set of consumers.

IIII.  How Oatly Goes to Market & Still Maintains Its Unique Brand Identity (12:00pm - 12:35pm)

Recent programs have included activations around National Ice Cream Day and the Oatly Cream Cheese launch. Both programs revolved around product launches and as Oatly continues to grow in the United States, the expansion into experiential continues.

The product launches were developed and executed as part of integrated campaigns and the key to success included staying true to the unique brand identity, delivering fun moments to consumers and driving conversation both with press and word of mouth.

Tim Dignard, Sr. Manager, Global Sports Partnerships & Operations, The Coca Cola Company
Tim joined The Coca Cola Company in 2019 and is responsible for managing the company’s global Olympic & Paralympic partnerships - including work with our future host markets and collaborating with the IOC & IPC on delivery of our contractual rights and assets.

Tim’s global work on the Games extends over fifteen years across multiple countries, starting with his role at the Vancouver 2010 Organizing Committee. He was then part of the London 2012 commercial team, prior to joining IOC Television & Marketing Services in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he managed the rights and relationships with the IOC’s key commercial partners.

Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Tim was responsible for managing the sponsorship program for UEFA Champions League – the world’s leading club football competition. Tim is from Canada and has recently relocated to Atlanta after ten years in Europe.


Tiffany Mitsui, Sr. Manager, Multicultural Marketing, Home Depot
Tiffany Mitsui is a marketing leader focused on developing highly personalized, data-driven audience-based marketing campaigns at The Home Depot. She currently leads the Multicultural Marketing team where she creates experiences tailored to Hispanic and Black home improvement shoppers. She also manages Retool Your School, a program dedicated to giving back to Historically Black Colleges and Universities to support campus and community beautification as well as student’s educational and future career development. Prior to this role, she supported the development of The Home Depot’s audience-based marketing practice and was a leader in the media strategy organization.

Before her time at The Home Depot, Tiffany worked for brands and media agencies such as American Express, IPG Mediabrands and OMD. Tiffany received her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Tiffany is a native of Honolulu, Hawaii and currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.


Erin Taylor, Brand Experiential Manager, Oatly
For over 15 years, Erin has been involved in creating, managing and leading field marketing and experiential teams for notable brand as Chobani, Nature’s Bounty and Oatly, Inc. She has worked in various cross-functional collaborations to support the Olympics, Collegiate programs, influencer relations, international field marketing expansions and celebrity partnerships. Erin loves traveling, cooking, spending time with her family and recently became chair of the garden and grounds committee within her son’s PTA. 


Gabriela Neves, Partner, Factory 360
Gaby has 16 years of experience running Factory360, one of the top award-winning brand activation agencies in the U.S. with clients such as Meta, Amazon, Deutsch Wines, Oatly and Grubhub. Gaby has a passion for tech and has adapted growth hacking techniques to drive business for clients. Gaby is also a leader in the industry at large, creating the first ever incubator program with Florida International University and serving on the DE&I advisory board for Event Marketer magazine.
