With a forced pause and under new Leadership, the team realized there was an opportunity to make some significant changes in how the organization approaches these channels. Kim and Kyle will share some of the new principles driven not only by the organization’s leaders, but new consumer insights and the changes they made. They will also share a peek into how you will see Pernod Ricard continue to reach out customers through Sponsorships and Experiential into 2022.

Kim Haney is the Director of Experiential Marketing at PRUSA. Kim leads all experiential strategy, concepting and execution for the portfolio of brands as well as all of the organization’s internal events.

Kyle Simons leads Partnerships, Entertainment, Talent & Influencers at PRUSA, responsible for developing and implementing fully integrated programs that leverage PRUSA’s partnerships across sports & entertainment. 

Chuck Steelman
Vice President of Customer Experience, Programming and Partnerships
Trademark Property Co. 

Chuck Steelman has over 30 years of experience in the fashion and retail industry.  He started his career in special events at Parisian, Inc. and then worked for the MGM-Mirage in their retail division for seven years producing events and fashion shows for multiple properties.  After 16 years at the Neiman Marcus Group in a variety of corporate positions including Corporate Public Relations, Special Events, and VIP Private Client Experiences, Steelman is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience, Programming and Partnerships for Trademark Property.  Trademark Property is based in Texas and owns, manages and redevelops malls and shopping centers throughout the USA.  Steelman served as the Regional Director for FGI New Orleans and FGI Dallas.  He was awarded the FGI President's Service Award in 2015 for his volunteer work with FGI globally.  He currently serves as the District Director for District 4 for FGI.   He was named one of "Modern Luxury" 's  Men of Style in 2008 and was featured in "D Magazine" as one of Dallas' Best Dressed in 2014.  in 2013, he was honored with the Distinguished Achievement Award from Wade College in Dallas.  In 2020, he received the Humanitarian Award for his community service from the Democratic Party of Collin County.  In addition to his volunteer work with FGI, Steelman has served on the board of directors for DIFFA Dallas, Chamberlain Ballet, and Health Services of North Texas.  He currently serves as a board member of the University of Texas at Arlington and works closely with the university on the curriculum for business and marketing students.  Steelman resides in Dallas, Texas.
