Leading Marketing Teams through AI Transformation (Two-Day Open Enrollment)
(Two-Day Immersive, In-Person, Hands-On Workshop)
Workshop Description
In a marketing world being transformed by AI and constant change, marketing leaders face unprecedented pressure: they must deliver measurable business outcomes while simultaneously guiding their teams through a technological transformation that is redefining how work gets done. Research consistently shows that successful AI transformation hinges not on technology, but on people and leadership. This workshop addresses marketing leaders' dual mandate by developing the core capabilities required to lead through AI-driven change—emotional intelligence, adaptive and agile collaboration, and effective interaction with both humans and intelligent tools—while maintaining focus on long-term business results.
Through grounded, hands-on exercises, assessment interpretation, peer discussion, proven change and innovation frameworks, participants gain practical tools they can apply immediately within their own teams. The two‑day program balances instruction with breakout exercises, ensuring leaders don't just learn concepts, but practice applying them through role-play, peer learning, and framework application specific to their business contexts. Participants learn how to build trust and psychological safety, address fears around role change and displacement, enable experimentation and learning, and move teams from fear or resistance toward empowered, informed AI adoption.
Nancie McDonnell Dougherty and her team at Noetic Consulting are the lead facilitators for this program. Nancie brings a rare combination of deep marketing expertise, executive coaching experience, and proven leadership development capabilities that make her uniquely qualified to guide senior marketing leaders on a path toward effective AI transformation for their teams.
