Kaiser Yang is the CEO of Platypus Labs, a consultancy he created to help organizations systematically build a culture of innovation in order to solve complex problems and drive measurable results. Prior to Platypus Labs, he was at the forefront of the digital transformation, holding senior leadership roles at both tech startups and large, global organizations.
Over the last 16 years, Kaiser served as Managing Director for both HelloWorld, Foresee and PrizeLogic, leading large-scale digital marketing programs in 81 countries for Fortune 100 clients such as Microsoft, Disney, Amazon, and Nike. Kaiser's broad-based experience in sales, client service, technology, operations, and marketing help him serve clients today with a multi-disciplinary approach. Prior to leading and growing startups, Kaiser held leadership roles at Nortel, Dole Foods Japan, and United Technologies. Kaiser holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
