Executing an Agile Campaign 301 (AG Mastery)- Virtual Training

This is the third workshop in the ANA’s Agile Marketing Mastery Program, a four-part series designed to give you exposure to all facets of Agile Marketing and to equip you for implementation at your organization. To achieve mastery in this topic we encourage you to register for all four workshops in the series, however you may register for any workshop that best fits your needs. If you want to achieve mastery and attend the four-part series (AG Mastery Program 101, 201, 301, and 401), you will receive a Certificate of Completion to display your expertise and accomplishment. Qualified participants must be present for the entire time for each workshop, attend all four workshops in sequential order (there are no substitutions of past or future workshops), and complete the survey program for each workshop.

This workshop is the third part of the ANA’s Agile Marketing Mastery Program, a four-part series designed to give you exposure to all facets of Agile Marketing and equip you for implementation within an organization.

In this virtual workshop, participants are able to dive even deeper into how Agile teams communicate pre, during, and post sprint, ensuring maximum efficiency for Agile implementation. This includes the must-haves before launching your first sprint, scheduling delivery team members for single or multiple sprints, and the tools and technologies needed to help teams integrate Agile within an organization successfully. After taking this workshop, you will have a complete understanding of the tools required to implement an Agile campaign with success.

This engaging virtual workshop contains individual exercises, case studies, and real-world examples to give you the experience you need in order to understand how to implement Agile on the job.

This virtual workshop is open for marketers at any level that develops and/or executes marketing campaigns. It is particularly useful for those who want to understand how to implement an agile process for improved decision-making.
