Smartphones are changing the retail landscape. They help us research, compare, and purchase products not just online, but also in stores. In fact, 84 percent of smartphone shoppers use their phones while in a physical store. This study, done in conjunction with the Google Shopper Marketing Agency Council and M/A/R/C Research, seeks to uncover the role and opportunities for mobile in the shopping experience.
