Executive Summary

A joint ANA and 4A’s task force developed the Agency Selection Briefing Guidance as a companion to the Guidelines for Agency Search white paper. Diane Fannon, principal of brand management at The Richards Group, Tom Finneran, executive vice president of agency management services at the 4A’s, Debra Giampoli, global director of strategic agency relations at Mondelēz International, Colleen Mascia, global category strategy manager at Pfizer, and Dave Lubeck, executive director of client services at Bernstein-Rein Advertising, discussed best practices and fundamentals of RFP and RFI briefings.
