The Nation's Leading Marketing Law Conference
From AI and influencer marketing to targeted advertising and experiential marketing, brands are always looking for the "next big thing" to reach, engage, and retain consumers. Both in-house counsel and their outside legal teams must keep marketing and creative working within the bounds of existing law and regulation while allowing their companies the freedom to actively promote their products and increase sales. At the same time, regulators and legislators in Washington, D.C. and the states are also responding to the same challenges with a cavalcade of new regulations and laws to which counsel must adapt to properly advise clients and the C-suite.
Stay abreast of the ever-changing advertising law environment at the 2024 ANA Masters of Advertising Law Conference, November 11-13 at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess in Scottsdale, Ariz. The nation's leading advertising, marketing, promotions, and privacy law conference, now in its 46th year, will have more than 100 experts from major brands, top law firms, and leading regulators sharing what you need to know to keep up.
In addition to the actionable insights attendees can take back to their practice – from the basics to the cutting edge topics like AI – the conference also offers tremendous networking opportunities and CLE credit.
