TOMS represents the evolution of a new business model centered on socially-responsible giving. The company has expanded its “one-for-one” concept to include eyewear and coffee, as well as a digital marketplace which supports other entrepreneurs. Zita Cassizzi, chief digital officer at TOMS, explained the company’s approach to omnichannel and innovation.
