As part of a large investment into, we partnered with Saks on an engagement to augment its post-purchase experience through competitive mapping and intelligence to understand where the retailer benchmarks against its industry peer set. Using our vetted national network from five regions across the country, we were able to obtain data to deliver to Saks in a cohesive and comprehensive report built to help the company increase its acquisition and retention rates.
