David G. Mallen, Co-Chair, Advertising Disputes, Loeb & Loeb

David Mallen focuses his practice in the areas of advertising and consumer protection law. He represents marketers from a variety of industries in connection with national advertising campaigns, analysis of claim substantiation issues, and resolution of advertising disputes. Mr. Mallen is an experienced trial lawyer with expertise in counseling and representing clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal court and in alternative dispute resolution. As former Deputy Director of the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, he has extensive experience working with advertisers to both defend and challenge claims before the NAD, the National Advertising Review Board (NARB) and other self-regulatory bodies. Mr. Mallen also represents clients in investigations before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and state agencies.
