Navigating the Evolving Workplace: Physically, Mentally and Geographically!

This event is over.

Since the start of pandemic, nonprofits, like all other organizations, have dealt with waves of constant change and uncertainty. Forced closures, long months of remote work,  and inconsistent reopening plans, have had nonprofits make constant adjustments, implementing new strategies to keep moving forward toward their missions.

For many of us, the shift to remote work was abrupt with little or no preparation. This change has impacted the emotional and mental health of all workers, and organizations have begun seeing the pros and cons of having employees work from home. This is a major shift from traditional work culture, and the rise in the numbers of remote workers that will continue beyond the pandemic. How will this change an organization’s culture, and what is the impact to its mission?

This webinar is an opportunity to openly discuss how remote work is affecting your team and organization, and the impacts for the future. Speakers from DAV, United Way and Fuse Fundraising Group, will detail how they are dealing with the challenges of the current work climates and how our sector have had to rebalance and recalibrate and are continuing to do so.
