As Chief Analytics Officer at Net Conversion, Brett Hughes is the architect behind our agency’s foundational commitment to Media Accountability. With over 20 years of experience, Brett ensures that our “no dollar goes unmeasured” ethos is a reality for every partner we serve. Brett leads the ongoing evolution of Conversionomics, our proprietary AI-driven MarTech platform. Under his leadership, the platform has transformed from a data aggregator into a strategic modeling toolkit that moves our partners beyond reactive reporting and into predictive blueprints for growth. By bridging the gap between complex data engineering and human-led senior strategy, Brett empowers our teams to identify key growth levers and drive sustainable bottom-line impact. His expertise is critical in navigating today’s fragmented media landscape and evolving privacy regulations. By implementing and automating advanced ML models, including MMM, propensity, and unified measurement, Brett provides our partners with a single source of truth that bypasses the friction of siloed planning and unnecessary tech fees.
Prior to Net Conversion, Brett held senior analytical leadership roles at Universal Destinations & Experiences and Hilton, where he consistently demonstrated an elite ability to translate massive datasets into actionable business outcomes. At Net Conversion, he continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible, fueling our relentless pursuit of more for our client partners.

Mandy Penn, Vice President of Marketing, Dart Interests
Mandy Penn is the Vice President of Marketing for Dart Interests’ hospitality portfolio, where she leads strategic brand marketing and communications across a collection of luxury resorts, driving awareness, engagement, and long-term brand value. She is responsible for defining and elevating flagship brands such as Evermore Orlando Resort, shaping a category-defining vision around Residential Hospitality and Relational Wellness, while ensuring cohesive storytelling and demand generation across the portfolio of hospitality assets. Prior to joining Dart Interests, Mandy held several leadership roles at Universal Orlando Resort during a period of significant growth for the destination. She played a key role in the opening of five new resort hotels between 2014 and 2021. As Senior Director of Resort Marketing, she oversaw a portfolio that expanded to more than 9,000 rooms, up from 2,400 when she began. She also provided global marketing support for the launch of two Universal Beijing Resort hotels. Mandy serves as an Industry Professor at San Diego State University, where she teaches two graduate-level marketing courses. She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Central Florida.
