Kellogg’s has been on 2-year journey of fully embedding ED&I across all marketing, unifying efforts to achieve talent and retention goals, and evolving their go-to-market strategy to reflect today’s diverse consumers to unlock growth and foster and inspire an inclusive mindset. Leveraging the power and insight of the Kellogg’s BERGs (Business Employee Resource Groups) became an imperative not only for employee success and retention, but for unlocking business growth by inspiring new innovation, platforms and creative directions for their brands.  Leveraging the BERGs has been a corner stone of bringing Kellogg’s purpose to life by creating better days where everyone has a seat at the table.
