Syeda Ammara Abedi, Founder & Principal Consultant of Ammentic Enterprises, LLC, is an organizational psychologist and an executive and leadership coach. She teaches organizational psychology to graduating seniors at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. She has been working with executives from different industries over the last decade. Her primary work is to figure out the specific challenges organizations face related to their people and processes, deliver recommendations, and provide guidance on how to execute them.
