Payment Terms: Current Practices for Marketing Services

Given member interest resulting from coverage in the advertising/marketing trade press, ANA initiated research to determine if changes in payment terms for marketing services were isolated examples or reflective of a broader trend. Our survey had 109 members participants and was supplemented by in-depth qualitative interviews. Results are clear: payment term changes, notably extended terms, are reflective of a broader trend. The services noted most for extended payment terms are agency fees, research, and production. This webinar will provide details of the survey results and insights behind those results.
