Nearly half of all Gen-Z (48%) and Millennial (44%) women are from multi-racial, multicultural or LGBTQIA backgrounds. These young women of color (WOC) are today’s super influencers: vocal, persuasive, and advocates for brands that support them. As this audience grows in influence, brands need to pivot from a siloed, multicultural strategy to one that is truly holistic, integrated, and authentically aligned with our multicultural population. Brands that fail to do so will be left behind.

In this landmark study, developed by The Harris Poll in partnership with Dotdash Meredith and Omnicom Media Group Research, this presentation will identify the rising expectations TFM have when it comes to brands, a brand’s role in social justice movements, what is driving brand authenticity, and how can brands can be seen as credible accomplices. We will also explore ways brands can tap into the joy and optimism that TFM is uniquely cultivating in their lives over the next year.
