Get a practical “lay of the land” on international data privacy and ethics. This 30-minute webinar will cover the latest developments in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), with a focus on what marketers need to know right now.

You’ll hear directly from Alex Greenstein, Director of the Data Privacy Framework at the International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, who will provide insights into the current state of the DPF, key developments, and what organizations should be watching as cross-border data expectations continue to evolve.

The session will also highlight key compliance considerations and practical watchouts for marketers operating globally. Lisa Brown Shosteck, ANA Center for Ethical Marketing, will provide a brief overview of the ANA DPF Dispute Resolution Program, which helps global marketers comply with DPF requirements by offering independent dispute resolution and mediation services.
