ANNUAL JOINT MEETING WITH WFA SOURCING FORUM

This is the annual ANA Advertising Financial Management Committee and WFA Sourcing Forum meeting. This year, meetings will take place on December 1 for the ANA AFM Committee (see agenda below) and December 2 for the WFA Sourcing Forum. Members of both organizations are invited/encouraged to attend both meetings. (The WFA is the World Federation of Advertisers and provides a global perspective.)

The agenda for the WFA Sourcing Forum portion of the meeting is available. ANA client-side marketer members may register for the WFA Sourcing Forum meeting at the link in the agenda.

II. DEEP DIVE SUPPLIER DIVERSITY DISCUSSION (11:15am – 12:00pm ET)
An increasingly diverse population means corporations are placing these communities front and center for their marketing and recruiting efforts. In this panel discussion, moderated by Simona Rabsatt Butler, senior director - global sourcing, marketing at Visa, we'll take a deep dive look at supplier diversity in advertising and how we can make a change.

IV. VERIZON: PROCUREMENT SUPPORT FOR D&I INITIATIVES (12:10 – 1:00pm ET)
Verizon has been focused on Diversity and Inclusion for years and their current D&I initiative, within the overall agency management strategy, is leading the industry. In this fireside chat session, Steven Wales and Damian Branch, both from Decideware, will speak with Denis Budniewski, director of marketing agency strategy at Verizon, about Verizon's agency D&I focus and some of the technology that supports it.

V. VIRTUAL MUSICAL CONCERT EVENT: CARL WOCKNER (1:00 – 2:30pm ET)
Immediately following the main session, Decideware will host a Virtual Musical Concert Event, featuring Nashville based Live Looping Artist, Carl Wockner. Carl will play a 90 minute virtual concert, including taking song and mashup requests from the audience.
