I. FIRESTARTER: TOP ISSUES IN ADVERTISING PRODUCTION IN 2019 (10:00 – 10:50AM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from your fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment, leveraging knowledge and insights from peers that can be applied to your own business. In this session, we'll discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing in 2019, including talent & diversity, transparency, new technology, and the trend toward in-house production. Come with your questions and be prepared to share!

Facilitators:
Valerie Light, Manager, Broadcast Production – Verizon Communications and ANA Production Management Committee Co-Chair
Pamela Gross, Senior Manager, Committees & Conferences – ANA

II. PELOTON'S APPROACH TO CONTENT AND ADVERTISING PRODUCTION (11:10 – 12:00PM)
In only six years, Peloton has gone from start up to disrupting the fitness industry with a community of over 1,000,000 members. From humble beginnings of Facebook ads, to supporting the social channels of 20+ fitness instructors, to producing a brand film fit for the Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony requires constant evaluation, evolution and growth of a production infrastructure. In this session, director of brand marketing Ryan Dillon-Curran will share how Peloton produces content across its marketing mix.

Speaker:
Ryan Dillon-Curran, Director, Brand Marketing – Peloton

LUNCH (12:00 – 1:00PM)

III. CONTROLLING THE CHAOS: HOW TO CREATE A FLEXIBLE CONTENT PRODUCTION FRAMEWORK (1:00 – 1:50PM)
The rapidly changing content production landscape is forcing brands to create more content, faster, and with less budget. Making sense of what to spend and with whom to work can be confusing. In this session, we'll discuss considerations for choosing the right partners, setting up appropriate processes and best practices for producing more of the work you need.

Speakers:
Jillian Gibbs, Global CEO & Founder – APR
Kate Briganti, Managing Director – APR
