Two of D.C.’s most astute campaign watchers, Jeff Dufour and Leah Askarinam of National Journal will lead off our meeting with a preview of the Presidential and Congressional elections.

STATE ELECTION PREVIEW (2:50 – 3:30 PM)
It’s not just federal election day on November 3rd – 44 states have elections for their state legislatures. Tim Storey of the NCSL will discuss the impact of these races.

CPRA/PROP 24 UPDATE (3:30 – 4:00 PM)
Also appearing on the November ballot in California is Proposition 24, the California Privacy Rights Act. The CPRA would amend the CCPA by expanding its coverage and creating a new California Privacy Protection Agency. Mike Signorelli will detail the CPRA’s specific provisions and how the industry is preparing for more changes related to consumer privacy.
