II. DEEP DIVE DISCUSSIONS: KEYS TO A GREAT CLIENT/AGENCY RELATIONSHIP AND SUPPLIER DIVERSITY (11:10am – 12:00pm ET)
A formal relationship management program between client and agency is just good business according to a new report from the 4A's and the ANA, The Business Case for Relationship Management. We will start out by diving into the report with a short presentation and then breakout into smaller discussion groups. We will also review and discuss supplier diversity and the latest correspomnding report from the ANA.

IV. GETTING THE MOST OUT OF VIRTUAL PITCHING (12:10 – 1:00pm ET)
The show must go on, as they say, and that includes agency reviews and pitching. However, it's not as easy as turning on your webcam. Connecting with people through a screen requires a lot more preparation and consideration than conducting a presentation in person. One must be conscious of nuance and pay attention to clarity when the opportunity for in-person presentation is not available. In this session, we'll look at the 7 common challenges of virtual pitching and best practices to follow on your next virtual pitch session.
