I. FIRESTARTER DISCUSSION: IN-HOUSE AGENCY BILLING METHODS (10:00 – 10:30AM)
One of the benefits of ANA Committees is the ability to share and learn from fellow marketers in a "closed door" environment and to leverage and share knowledge and insights with marketing peers. Often times, many marketers have similar challenges. In this firestarter discussion, we'll dive into billing methods for in-house agencies. Come with your questions and ready to share your experience with the various billing methods.

II. MGM: A NEW RETAINER MODEL (10:30 – 11:15AM)
Chargeback. Cost Center. Retainer. There are so many options when it comes to billing methods for in-house agencies. MGM recently switched to a new retainer model. In this session, we'll dive deep into their new retainer model, lessons learned, and get a year-to-date update on the in-house agency.

III. COLDWELL BANKER: CREATING AN AGENCY MINDSET IN-HOUSE (11:30AM – 12:15PM)
Coldwell Banker is in the early stages of moving from a regionalized marketing group to a centralized in-house agency. In this session, Mike Fischer, chief marketing officer at Coldwell Banker NRT, will share how they've embraced cultural change to try and create an agency mindset within a traditional organization.

IV. IN-HOUSE LIKE AN INTREPRENEURIAL START-UP (12:45 – 1:45PM)
There are so many facets of advertising that can fall under the term "in-house", including programmatic, search marketing, and content studios. In this interactive workshop, we'll explore three different situations where in-house is being considered and what may be the best outcome. We'll provide some initial insights to in-housing options, then let you work on some short cases and discuss the outcomes together. An opportunity to not only learn, but also engage in a discussion where all can participate, share, and learn.
