Adding a little data can add a lot of value to your process, people and performance, ultimately leading to a better perception of your in-house agency. In this session, Maureen Boyle, senior director of creative services & events for Trunk Club's in-house agency, will share how the brand is saying YES to data and will show you how to implement simple strategies to make data-driven driven decisions that will deliver proof-positive results for your brand.

III. THE CONTINUED RISE OF THE IN-HOUSE AGENCY (1:00 – 1:45PM)
Earlier this year the ANA surveyed members about their use of in-house agencies. The results were staggering, with dramatic increases in the presence of in-house agencies, their usage and workload. In this session, we'll walk through these results and share the more interesting data points from the survey.
