NETWORKING BREAKFAST (9:00 – 9:45AM)
INTRODUCTIONS (9:45 – 10:00AM)

I. HOW TO MAKE AGILE MARKETING WORK FOR YOU (10:00 – 10:50AM)
You've seen the articles. You've heard the success stories. Now you're thinking about giving agile marketing a try. But you wonder... can it really work in any organization? Based on Deloitte's experience, the answer is yes — if you make it your own. In this session, get a candid look at how Deloitte made agile marketing work for them. Ami and Tara will share challenges — like how the team defied conventional wisdom to make agile methodologies work in a virtual environment. They'll highlight lessons learned, including how to convince key stakeholders not known for being flexible to work with them in new ways. And they'll share what's next for their team as they scale agile marketing from pilot to practice.

Speaker(s):
Tara Knowles, Creative Director - The Green Dot Agency, Deloitte Services LP
Ami Chitwood, Senior Manager, Digital & Social - The Green Dot Agency, Deloitte Services

II. USING DATA-DRIVEN DECISIONS TO DRIVE PEOPLE, PROCESS, PERFORMANCE AND PERCEPTION (11:10AM – 12:00PM)
Data... is it a big "D" or a little "d" for in-house agencies? When we're surrounded by visuals, narratives, concepts, copy, storyboards and more, where does data come into the picture? Adding a little data can add a lot of value to your process, people and performance, ultimately leading to a better perception of your in-house agency. In this session, Maureen Boyle, senior director of creative services & events for Trunk Club's in-house agency, will share how the brand is saying YES to data and will show you how to implement simple strategies to make data-driven driven decisions that will deliver proof-positive results for your brand.

Speaker:
Maureen Boyle, Senior Director, Creative Services & Events – Trunk Club and ANA In-House Agency, Midwest Chapter Committee Chair

LUNCH (12:00 – 1:00PM)

III. RISK MANAGEMENT FOR IN-HOUSE CREATIVE CONTENT (1:00 – 1:45PM)
As advertisers continue to increase in-housing of creative services, it is important for them to understand and consider deploying best-in-class risk management practices to avoid the exposure of damaging brand equity. ANA and BCG are coming together to research and identify those best-in-class risk management practices for in-house agencies. This session will focus on an interactive discussion around this important subject, with results and findings from the research to be released later at this year's In-House Agency Conference in April.

Speaker:
Petros Paranikas, Senior Partner and Managing Director – Boston Consulting Group

IV. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION: THE CONTINUED RISE OF THE IN-HOUSE AGENCY (1:45 – 2:30PM)
Earlier this year the ANA surveyed members about their use of in-house agencies. In this session, we'll walk through these results and share the more interesting data points from the survey. We'll also discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing as an in-house agency. Come with your questions, and be prepared to share!
