Hear how Sun-Maid created the Raisin House in Merchantville, New Jersey—a town so obsessed with Halloween it changed its name to Monsterville and how they grew sales, social media presence, and press coverage during a key selling period.

As we know, plant-based foods are gaining greater adoption and disrupting the food landscape. This year, Just Egg made their first foray into the world of music festivals, with the knowledge that festival-goers like to discover not only new music but new fashion and new foods as well. Hear how Just Egg developed a scalable, hot-food experiential sampling program that showcased their brand and won attendees’ hearts.

Fernando Herrera

Sun-Maid Growers of California

Fernando is a marketer who thrives in growing entrepreneurial organizations. He currently leads marketing for Sun-Maid Growers of California after experiences across multiple categories like consumer electronics with Beats by Dre, Olive Oil with Bertolli, Interim CMO consulting services, and Frozen Pizza with Draft Foods. Fernando received his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and led the school as Student Body President. He also holds a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC Irvine. Fernando has competed in multiple Half Ironman races and completed his first full Ironman in 2015. He hopes to race again soon!

Adrian has more than fifteen years of experience bringing brands like Toyota, Red Bull and Skullcandy to life through unforgettable and immersive activations. Prior to Joining Eat Just in October 2021, he served on the consumer experience marketing team at CLIF Bar in Emeryville, CA. Currently, Adrian leads a JUST Egg team that creates awareness and brand love at festivals, sporting events, trade shows, on college campuses and anywhere else people are discovering really good eggs made from plants. In his spare time, Adrian is a house music DJ and music lifestyle photographer under the alias @SantosSocialClub.
