Terrell McSweeny Nomination Advanced to Full Senate
On Tuesday, November 12th, the Senate Commerce Committee advanced the nomination of FTC Nominee Terrell McSweeny to the full Senate. If confirmed by the Senate, Ms. McSweeny will restore the FTC to a full five member commission. ANA will continue to work with the Commission as it takes on a number of issues of key concern for the advertising community.
