With the rise of the in-house agency (IHA), many marketers are asking themselves how they can optimize their in-house agency to drive better speed to market, better communication between marketers and creatives, source and retain the best creative talent, and achieve overall better workflow. In this workshop, you will learn about three perspectives of common in house agency operational issues and you will learn about some of the warning signs of creative inefficiency and bad process. As a result, you will learn how to use best practices and solutions to drive better creative output and employee satisfaction. Also, you will discuss how to define the goals and capabilities of an in-house agency to capitalize on marketer relationships and bring out the best in your creative team.

You will participate in exercises to enhance your understanding of roles and responsibilities that will raise your creative IQ and you will review a case study with specific examples of how IHA output may be increased three-fold with better quality and increased employee satisfaction. Expect to walk away from this session with pragmatic solutions to every day creative and operational challenges within the internal agency.
