The best marketing is often the result of successful collaboration amongst diverse personnel spanning different groups and agencies within an organization. Enabling such successful collaboration within an organization is at the forefront of our Agile Marketing for Marketers workshop. This workshop will show you step-by-step how to apply agile marketing concepts and techniques, so that you and your team can get more done in less time.

Marketers today are facing numerous challenges: increased competition, evolving technologies, insatiable customers, and shrinking resources. Marketers are needing to do more with less, but the process of planning and executing marketing campaigns has minimally changed within the past decades. Many marketers are now realizing they need to alter their processes in order to reflect the dynamic environment that is marketing today. They need their process to become agile.

Agile marketing places a premium on team communication, customer collaboration, and the willingness to make changes throughout the process. We will discuss these values in-detail and show you how you can integrate agile marketing into your team and organization immediately upon completion of our workshop.

Using team exercises, case studies, and real-world examples, you will learn how to quickly adapt to change and perform at a higher caliber than ever before! The Agile Marketing for Marketers workshop will re-inspire you to push your team further and deliver your best work.

This is the first installment in the ANA’s four-part series “Agile Marketing Mastery Program”, where participants harness the power of agile methodologies and principles to drive marketing strategies that are adaptable, customer-centric, and results-driven.

Who is this workshop for?
