ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION (11:15AM – 11:35AM)

I. Let’s Help House Hunters: Engaging New Tools from Realtor.com (11:35AM – 12:15PM)
Deciding to buy a home is a big decision—maybe the biggest a person makes in their life. But it’s also a million-and-one smaller decisions: What color will I paint the kids’ rooms? Can I keep up with hardwood floors? Will a freezer drawer or side-by-side refrigerator work better for my family? Realtor.com’s proven branded utility format presents a unique opportunity for brands to truly be of service to future homeowners as they navigate this process. In Let’s Help House Hunters, Chris will share real-life examples of branded utilities his team created for big box home improvement and paint partners along with ideas for what’s next.

Speaker:
Chris Phillips,
VP Branded Content Sales & Strategy, Realtor.com

II. Sourcing Video at Scale: What the news industry can teach us about video production  (12:15PM – 12:55PM)
Jason Pheister, Vice President, Content and News, North Region of Spectrum and Lindsay Stewart, CEO and Co-Founder of Stringr will share how Spectrum News has been able to scale the video content they need on a daily basis by sourcing video quickly and effectively from a wide geographic area - without sacrificing their authenticity or brand. We’ll discuss how brands and marketers also have the same challenges with video sourcing and what the news industry can teach us.
