I. FIRESTARTER: AGENCY COMPENSATION FINDINGS (10:15 - 11:00AM)
Throughout 2018, the ANA held regular webinars with advertising thought leaders to understand current approaches and theories surrounding agency compensation. At the culmination of the webinar series, the ANA put together their findings and recommendations on agency compensation. In this session, we'll walk through the learnings from the webinar series and share best agency compensation practices.

II. THE ART & SCIENCE OF A CREATIVE AUDIT (11:15AM – 12:15PM)
Eliminating the "insider speak" and bridging the gap between creative and media has tremendously helped EA from a cost efficiency standpoint, but more importantly provided an aligned vision to build innovative creative. Seeing clear results, translated for both teams has helped the media and the creative teams see the big picture. And now they're able to confidently point to a creative element as more/least likely to succeed because it's supported by data. They've also saved in production cost and have seen a lift in conversion

Earlier this year the ANA surveyed members about their use of in-house agencies. The results were staggering, with dramatic increases in the presence of in-house agencies, their usage and workload. In this session, we'll walk through the survey results and share the more interesting data points from the survey.
