Throughout 2018, the ANA held regular webinars with advertising thought leaders to understand current approaches and theories surrounding agency compensation. At the culmination of the webinar series, the ANA put together their findings and recommendations on agency compensation. In this session, we'll walk through the learnings from the webinar series and share best agency compensation practices.

II. HP MARKETING LAB: BUILDING A MARKETING LEARNING CULTURE (11:15AM – 12:15PM)

IV. THE CONTINUED RISE OF THE IN-HOUSE AGENCY (2:00 – 2:30PM)
Earlier this year the ANA surveyed members about their use of in-house agencies. The results were staggering, with dramatic increases in the presence of in-house agencies, their usage and workload. In this session, we'll walk through the survey results and share the more interesting data points from the survey.
