II. UBER: PROCUREMENT AT THE SPEED OF MARKETING (10:30 – 11:30AM)
In today's world, it seems marketing always wants things done yesterday. This can prove challenging for the marketing procurement professional to adequately weigh options and provide recommendations. In this session, Rahul Khanna, Head, Global Marketing Negotiations - Uber Technologies, Inc., will explore how he converts procurement's approach to work at marketing's speed. He will also dive into speeding up the seven step sourcing process and provide some quick tricks to help your department move faster.

III. SELLING MARKETING PROCUREMENT INTERNALLY (12:30 – 1:15PM)
The ANA Procurement Task Force released a new white paper, How to Sell the Benefits of Marketing Procurement Internally, during the Advertising Financial Management Conference. In this session, the ANA Procurement Task Force will explore the white paper. The white paper is designed to assist with selling the benefits of marketing procurement internally. Procurement professionals new to marketing procurement will find the most value in this guidance, although it may prove helpful to even the most seasoned marketing procurement professional.

IV. MEDIA TRANSPARENCY REPORT (1:15 – 2:00PM)
An independent study commissioned by the ANA revealed that a startling range of non-transparent business practices, including cash rebates to media agencies, across a sample of the U.S. media and buying ecosystem. In this session, we'll explore a high-level overview of the report's findings.
