I. FIRESTARTER: THE RISE OF IN-HOUSE CONTENT STUDIOS (1:15 – 2:15PM)
In this firestarter discussion and panel, members of the ANA will discuss how and why they started their In-House Content Studio including the role marketing procurement can play, implementation, what works best (and worst) and lessons learned. We'll also discuss major trends, topics, and current issues members are facing. Come with your questions and suggestions!

II. UNITED STATES TENNIS ASSOCIATION: DIRECT SOURCING OF PRODUCTION (2:15 – 3:15PM)
In this session, Matt Guerra, Director, Video Services – United States Tennis Association (USTA), will share the journey of how USTA first started directly sourcing their production services, what they have learned along the way in this process, best practices they've developed, and any advice for brands that are also looking to start this model internally.

III. THE EVOLUTION OF THE TRANSPARENCY DEBATE & WHAT IT MEANS FOR ALL AGENCIES (3:30 – 4:15PM)
In this session, Fiona Foy, Managing Director, North America and Stephen Broderick, Global CEO – FirmDecisions will discuss how transparency has affected the advertising industry over the past few years and how agencies are adapting to it. They will discuss the ANA Media Transparency study two years later and what, if anything, has changed as well as the new transparency changes in creative and production.

IV. INCENTIVIZING CREATIVITY: EFFECTIVELY ON BOARDING A PRODUCTION INCENTIVE STRATEGY (4:15 – 5:00PM)
One approach for stretching production budgets is the use of State Production incentives. But what does it take to make that happen? Elite will refresh us on what these incentives are, but this discussion will focus on the considerations Kellogg navigated to successfully integrate these programs into their overall content strategy.
