I. TBWA: 11 WARNING SIGNS OF A CLIENT/AGENCY RELATIONSHIP IN NEED (10:00 - 11:30AM)
After conducting an internal analysis on their client retention TBWA\WORLDHEALTH discovered there are typically 11 warning signs of a client/agency relationship in need of extra attention. By pre-emptively managing these warning signs of a relationship in trouble they found they were able to prevent further issues and get the client and agency relationship back on track. In this session, Robin Shapiro, Global President and Kristen Gengaro, Managing Partner of TBWA\WORLDHEALTH will share what those 11 warning signs are, how they implemented the program and how they have not lost a single client since implementation.
