Podcasts are a growing marketing channel, but not many B2B organizations are using this channel in an engaging way to amplify their brand and connect with their clients. We’ll share the thought process that went into developing two very different but equally successful podcasts (Joy@Work and Inside the Mind) for global management consulting firm Kearney. We’ll share insights on content development, production, and marketing tactics that have driven listenership and deepened relationships. We’ll also discuss the downfalls of the podcast channel and tips to avoid content churn.
